Who this covers

MyListClip is used by real-estate agents. Two kinds of people appear in it: the agent who holds the account, and the agent's own clients, whose details the agent enters. This policy describes what we do with both.

What we collect

• Account data. The agent's name, email address and billing status. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth; we never see or store passwords.
• Client records the agent enters. First name, last name, phone number and email address of the agent's clients, plus the opportunities and notes the agent creates about them.
• Property details captured from listing pages. Address, price, beds, baths, photos, published price history and similar facts shown on the listing page, together with the source link and the date captured.

How capture works

Capture only ever happens because the agent clicks. The extension reads the listing page already open in the agent's own browser session; it does not crawl listing sites, does not visit pages the agent has not opened, and does not re-check saved properties on a schedule. Captured details are a snapshot, frozen at the moment of capture.

Who can see your data

Each agent's data is isolated from every other agent's, enforced in our database rather than only in application code.

Authorized MyListClip personnel may access account data, including client contact information, to provide support and maintain the service. Every such access is recorded in an append-only audit log with the reason for it, and we can show an account holder each time their data was accessed and why.

Service providers

We use Supabase (database, authentication and file storage), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). They process data on our behalf, under their own security commitments. Payment card details go directly to Stripe; we never receive them.

Retention, export and deletion

Account data is kept while the account is open. Closing an account for non-payment stops writes and billing but preserves read access, so an agent can still export their client book.

Deletion is separate, explicit and logged. When an agent deletes a client, the related records and the stored files — captured photos and generated proposal PDFs — are removed as well.
