The service

MyListClip provides a browser extension and a web application that let real-estate agents record properties, organise them per client, and generate PDF proposals.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. One account represents one agent.

Acceptable use

Capture is manual and user-initiated by design. You agree not to use MyListClip to crawl or bulk-download listing sites, to circumvent any site's access controls, or to redistribute listing content beyond the proposals you prepare for your own clients.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter your clients' contact details, and for the content of proposals you send.

Listing content and accuracy

Property details are captured from third-party listing pages and are a snapshot taken at a point in time. Prices and availability change. Proposals show the source link and the capture date; confirm details with the listing source before relying on them.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. If payment fails, the account is deactivated: it stops accepting new data and stops being billed, while remaining readable so you can export your work.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is, without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
