For buyer and tenant agents

Turn listing pages into proposals your clients keep.

MyListClip is a Chrome extension and a CRM for agents who work with buyers and tenants. Capture the listings you are already browsing, keep them organised per client, and send a branded PDF in a couple of minutes.

Works on Zillow, Realtor.com and Apartments.com. Chrome Web Store listing coming soon.

The follow-up is where the deal leaks.

You send links in a chat thread, the client loses them, and the comparison lives in your head. By the third showing nobody remembers which unit had the corner balcony, or which price already dropped twice.

  • Links go stale. The price changes; the message you sent does not.
  • Your notes and the client's notes end up in the same thread.
  • Building a decent PDF by hand costs an evening you do not have.

From listing page to proposal in three moves.

  1. 1

    Capture from the listing page

Open a listing on Zillow, Realtor.com or Apartments.com and click capture. Photos, price, beds, baths and the published price history come across — with a confirmation screen before anything is saved.

  2. 2

    Add comments per unit

Notes for you, notes for the client. Internal comments stay internal: they are filtered out before the PDF is built, so they cannot leak into what you send.

  3. 3

    Send a branded proposal

One PDF: cover, units, visit itinerary and your contact details, with your logo and headshot. Every unit links back to its source and shows the date it was captured.

One client, one engagement, several units

The comparison lives in the proposal, not in your head.

Capture as many as you need. Each keeps its own status, its own comments and its own price history — and a sale never shares an engagement with a rental.

What your client actually receives

A PDF they can open a week later and still understand.

Every unit carries its photos, its numbers, the link back to the portal and the date it was captured. It goes out in your client's language rather than yours — that is set on the client record, so working in English and sending in Portuguese is the ordinary case, not a workaround.

  • Your logo, your headshot and your contact details on the cover.
  • Internal comments are filtered out in the database, so they never reach the file.
  • A visit itinerary at the end, in the order you plan to drive.

What no other proposal shows

The price history the page already publishes, frozen in your proposal.

Zillow and Realtor.com print a price history on most for-sale listings. MyListClip captures it along with the rest of the unit, so your proposal carries the negotiating insight instead of a single number on a page.

Listed at $650k in March, now $598k after two reductions.

Read once, during the same capture as every other field, and frozen at that moment. We do not monitor prices on a schedule.

Built to be defensible.

Capture is something you do, not something we run

The extension reads the page already open in your own browser session, when you click. No crawling, no scheduled jobs, no listings you never opened.

Every unit states when it was true

Each unit in the PDF carries its source link and an “as of” date. Prices move; a proposal that hides its age is how a client stops trusting the numbers.

Your client list is yours

Each agent's data is isolated in the database itself, not only in application code. Deleting a client removes the stored photos and generated PDFs with it.

Leave your email and we write once, on the day the Chrome Web Store listing goes live. No newsletter, no drip sequence.

One email, at launch. We do not share it with anyone.

Questions we get

Which portals does it support?
Zillow, Realtor.com and Apartments.com, plus manual entry for anything else — a private listing, a developer's site, a property a colleague sent you.
Does it work for rentals as well as sales?
Yes, and they never mix. A rental engagement keeps rent, deposit, lease terms, pet policy and parking; a purchase keeps list price, HOA, taxes and year built. One client, one engagement, one type.
What language do my clients get?
Theirs, not yours. The proposal PDF and every client email follow the language set on the client record, so you can work in English and send a proposal in Portuguese or Spanish.
Do you scrape the portals?
No. Nothing is fetched unless you click capture on a page you opened yourself. There is no crawler, no list of URLs and no scheduled re-check of saved units.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not published yet. Join the waitlist and you will hear it before the listing goes live.

Stop rebuilding the same PDF every week.
